One night I was unable to sleep for some unknown reason. This caused me to be sleepy during the day after and I ended up falling asleep in class and in trouble with my teacher.

It also happened with me. One time I slept during my exam. The day before I was studying so I did not get good sleep and on the day of my exam i felt asleep.

It is hard to be focus when you do have a lack of sleep but try and get more and better sleep
