This comic shows the day my son was born and I was so excited that I couldn’t sleep for 48 hours. I felt like if I went to sleep something bad could happen to him. I had to stay alert just in case. But now knowing how important sleep is for our well-being, I don’t think I made a good choice on staying up and alert when I should rest.
