Before I took this class, there were bad situations going on in my life so I was feeling frustrated and easily swayed by negative emotions. I can’t say this class totally changed me but taking this class helped me start a practice that has made me appreciate every single positive event in my life. Now, I know what is helpful to overcome feeling down and am ready to always do the practice for my mental health.
